2026 Scholarship Recipients

We are pleased to announce the recipients of the 2026 Amrit Bowan – Laloo Chiba Scholarship.

This scholarship was established to honour the legacies of Laloo Chiba and Amrit Bowan, whose lives were defined by a commitment to justice, equality, human rights, community development and social change. The scholarship supports postgraduate students whose academic work and community engagement reflect these values and contribute to building a fair and inclusive society.

Following a competitive selection process, the following students have been awarded the 2026 Amrit Bowan – Laloo Chiba Scholarship:
